ITINERARY
Oia
The village of Oia is a picturesque, natural beauty that has been captured in all its glory on countless postal cards and photos. The architecture here consists primarily of white-washed houses with blue domes from centuries past when captains would live among these homes- some even say they can still hear their wooden sea Shoes scraping against stone streets today!
Imerovigli
Next, we headed to the city of Imerovigli. This town was situated on top of a cliff and had an old history with Skaros-the large rock in front that people used as their lookout during pirate attacks!
Akrotiri
The site of Akrotiri is one the most famous sites on Santorini, not only because it’s an iconic architectural wonder but also as a glimpse into Minoan culture and history.
A rubble-built citadel at its southeastern side makes this former settlement stand out against all others, with breathtaking views for miles upon miles in every direction – making you feel like you are standing atop something great before even reaching the top.
Red Beach
The red beach is one of the most famous beaches in Greece. Not only is it majestic, but it’s also home to some fantastic views. The small size and crowded atmosphere make for a great day trip with your loved ones!
Black Beach
Next, we will visit the Black Beach which is a beautiful and serene spot, perfect for those seeking peace in an otherwise bustling world. The unique characteristics that make up this pristine stretch are owed to its stunning scenery: crystal-clear water reflecting off the sandstone rocks.
